Soaring Adventures of America Certified Sport Flying Centers are located all over the United States. For safety reasons they are never within congested flying areas. They are usually within a 1-1/2 hour drive (often less) of major cities. The network of  200 Certified Centers is constantly expanding. New centers are being added every week. Balloon pilots usually operate from farms, parks and fields. Gliders and Tandem skydiving, of course, are launched from small airports--often with grass runways.
